Terms of service

  • I have the right to turn down a commission if I am feeling uncomfortable with it.

  • I am allowed to post your commissions.

  • No refunds. Unless I haven’t started on your commission yet.

  • Canvas size is 2000x2000 pixels, 350 dpi, you will get a png file without watermark.

  • Free revisions are only given twice.

  • Revisions after the free quota will cost +5 USD-20 USD per revision depending on complexity, this will not apply if it is completely my mistake. So please be clear on what you want to order from the beginning. Visual references are suggested.

  • A tax fee will be added depending on how much you order. Check out my VGen for more explanation of my terms.

  • Pay upfront or discuss payment plan.

  • I will start sketching.

  • I will send the finished commission via email.
